Processing times may be longer during peak periods (sales, holidays).

3. Authority to Leave Parcels

We give authority to leave parcels at your address if no one is available to receive them. If this is inconvenient, we recommend sending your order to a business address.

4. Missed or Lost Deliveries

Koru Apparel is not responsible for missed or lost deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, any issues with delivery should be resolved with the shipping carrier, however, we will do our best to assist.
