Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By entering a giveaway run by Koru Apparel (“the Giveaway”), participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Koru Apparel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, partners, and immediate family members of Koru Apparel, as well as any associated agencies, are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway opens and closes on the dates and times specified in the relevant promotional post. All times are based on Brisbane, Australia time (AEST). Entries received outside the Giveaway period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow the entry instructions outlined in the promotional post (e.g. following the Koru Apparel account, liking the post, tagging friends, etc.).

Multiple entries may be permitted where stated.
Automated, spam, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prizes

Prize details will be specified in the promotional post.

Prizes are:

Non-transferable
Non-exchangeable
Not redeemable for cash

Koru Apparel reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner(s) will be selected at random using a fair and computer-generated method within a reasonable timeframe after the Giveaway closes.

Winner(s) will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, Koru Apparel reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to Koru Apparel using their name, social media handle, and/or shared content for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation.

8. Data & Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Koru Apparel’s Privacy Policy.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required for prize fulfilment or by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Koru Apparel is not responsible for:

Technical malfunctions, network issues, or platform errors
Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of a prize
